D40.6: Compliance to Minimum Requirements

Regulatory requirements are those rules that an operator has a legal obligation to meet and against which the #AER may take enforcement action in cases of non-compliance. The AER issues weekly Initial and Annual Outstanding requirements. Extensions to deadlines can be authorized by the #AER WellTest-Helpline@aer.ca before they commence with enforcement protocols.
